The who’s who of the small and microcap finance world are gathering at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York today for the second annual Marcum LLP Microcap conference. I’m moderating a panel on corporate governance, dozens of exciting, growing companies are making presentations, and lots of active investors (supposedly around 1500) are expected.
